Basic Terms and Conditions
When you rent a furnished room on a contract with us for 8 years which is the same as 4.000.000 a month right now you get the housekeeping, wifi and maintenance included same as any guest paying per month.

After 8 years your contract will include an extra 10 years free, you only pay an optional 500.000 a month if you wish to keep the housekeeping, maintenance and local fees to the Banjar if you are still using the room or subletting to make your own ROI.

The normal rules must remain the same to make sure the property stays to a high standard.

Contract
Your contract and notary fee's will be included free along with sales tax, you only pay the 8 years.
The contract will also included a copy of the land details and you will be assigned an address.
For subletting you can use your own notary or ours as you will have your own paperwork.


Example 1 - long term stay
You rent for 8 years but get 18 years for your personal stay.
That would be only 1.775.000 IDR per month. 
That is you saving 2.225.000 per month. 

Example 2 - Subletting / Over contract to others

You rent for 8 years price but get 18 year to rent to others.
If you edit the room how you want or keep it the same here is 1 example. 
5.000.000 per month for 18 years
Maximum Total Return = 1.080.000.000 IDR
That is = 696.000.000 IDR after to remove your start investment
